Mechanical Engineer

Design parts and assemblies in metric and US/European design standards for high-speed packaging and processing machinery; design customized modules using European-recognized DIN system. Work with drafting, design engineering, manufacturing and assembly departments. Review work processes, design improvements and document modifications. Explain technical information between purchasers and suppliers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers using drawings, samples, and technical machine information. Prepare technical documents for ongoing projects. Requirements: BS Mechanical Engineering, 4 years experience in AutoCAD or Solidworks, as well as High Speed Packaging and/or Processing Machine design; familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electric/electronics.
