Our machine is based on the industry standard workhorse design, featuring state-of-the-art improvements and upgrades.

With options like central lubrication, breakaway closing and ejection pins and single-bolt tamping ring height adjustment, this machine is ready to meet the demands of modern pharmaceutical and nutraceutical processing.

The all-new IIM 2100 encapsulator with powder filling station.

·         Machine output:  up to 2100 capsules per minute.

·         Includes 1 set of size parts; choice of size 000 to size 4, including dosing disc.

·         Dual vacuum connection for capsule separation.

·         Compressed air requirements:  ½” line, 80psi, 15cfm (6 bar, 25m³/hour).

·         Dynamically balanced main shaft.

Optional equipment:

·         Central lubrication system.

·         Integrated dosing station bearing lubrication.

·         Remote machine jog.

·         Pellet filling in station 4 and/or station 6.

·         Enhanced segment cleaning using patent-pending brushed blowout pins.

·         Vacuum cleaner with suction capacity of 150m³/hour.

·         Capsule separation with dry vane pump or liquid ring vacuum pump.
